Back in the late 90’s when I first got into real estate, it was what you would call a ‘normal’ market. After a few years, the market went crazy: and then the bottom fell out of it. But the one constant for me throughout it all was that I was performing at a high level, even when the market was very unpredictable.
Why? Because I understood the need to adapt and modify. Whenever it became necessary to relearn the mindset, the scripts, the dialogues and the way I worked with buyers, I did just that – all while staying true to a foundation that has remained constant.
